AgentMe Secures $12M Seed Round to Accelerate the Sovereign AI Revolution
SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Jan 10, 2026 — AgentMe, the pioneer of decentralized digital twins, today announced it has raised $12 million in a Seed funding round led by Sovereign Ventures, with participation from Horizon Partners and a group of prominent angel investors.
The capital will be used to scale the AgentMe federation mesh, further develop the Leveled Autonomy Model (LAM), and expand the "Foundry" team of Rust and AI alignment engineers.
Building the Infrastructure of Freedom
As the AI landscape becomes increasingly centralized, the demand for sovereign alternatives has reached a fever pitch. AgentMe is the first platform to provide a "full-stack" solution for individual data ownership, combining a high-fidelity knowledge graph with a privacy-preserving inference engine.
"We are at a crossroads," said a spokesperson for Sovereign Ventures. "We can either accept a future of cognitive enclosure or we can build the tools that empower individuals to own their own intelligence. AgentMe is building the latter, and we are proud to support their mission."
Future Roadmap
With this new funding, AgentMe plans to achieve several major milestones in 2026:
- Expansion of the Federation: Scaling the libp2p-based mesh to support millions of concurrent digital twin migrations.
- LAM Stage 6 Optimization: Refining the "Symbiont" stage to allow for high-fidelity meeting representation and estate management.
- SDK Public Beta: Releasing the kSuite SDK to allow third-party developers to build "Sovereign-Native" applications on top of the Personal Node.
"This funding isn't just about growth; it's about speed. The window to secure individual sovereignty in the AI era is closing, and we intend to win the race."
