Terms of Service
By using AgentMe, you agree to these terms. Our goal is to provide a platform for sovereign digital twins while maintaining a safe ecosystem.
1. Sovereign Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of any data, traits, or memories you encode into your digital twin. AgentMe is a facilitator of your sovereign identity, not an owner. You are responsible for maintaining your private keys; loss of keys may result in permanent data loss.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use your digital twin or the AgentMe platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, or the creation of harmful automated content. Your twin must represent you or your organization truthfully within the boundaries of the law.
3. AI Proxying & Representation
As you advance through the Leveled Autonomy Model (LAM), your twin may gain the ability to represent you in digital interactions. You accept full responsibility for the actions and communications made by your digital twin when acting as your proxy.
4. Limitation of Liability
AgentMe provides the platform "as is". While we prioritize data integrity and security through BFT and encryption, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or the perfect alignment of AI models with your personal values.
5. Termination
You may terminate your account and export your data at any time. AgentMe reserves the right to suspend access to the coordinated mesh if these terms are violated.
